Jeff East

Director

In his 15 years with the Acorn group, Jeff has worked in almost every branch and Division of the company, starting in our residential estate agency office at Catford at the tender age of 18. Jeff was one of the founder members of the original Land & Strategic Property Division, and has subsequently been instrumental in launching and developing our activities in the commercial property market. Jeff is based at our Bromley office.

In addition to the day to day management of the Division, Jeff enjoys overseeing a number of key client accounts, and relishes the challenge of a complicated acquisition or land assembly.

Away from the office Jeff is a devoted Millwall fan (albeit with a strange soft spot for local rivals Charlton), and also enjoys surfing.

Tom Luck

Director

Tom joined the company from University as a graduate in 2001 and has been pivotal in expanding Acorn’s land, commercial, investment and development property activities across London and the South East, working his way up from Trainee to equity Director in the process. Tom has continued to complete significant acquisitions and disposals in the last 24 months, defying market trends and producing excellent revenue streams for our clients. Tom is based at our London Bridge office.

Tom enjoys the varied array of property related instructions managed by our offices, and has excellent technical and practical understanding of the commercial, investment, development and social housing sectors.

An armchair Palace fan, Tom plays a mean round of golf and has been known to enjoy a city break on the weekend.

Kevin Neun

Associate

Kevin joined the Commercial & Development Division from Mellersh & Harding in the summer of 2009, and has become a valued member of the team. In his 10 years in the industry, Kevin has gained broad experience working for the likes of Drivers & Norris, Simon Korn and Thomas Davidson covering everything from commercial property management to retail agency. Kevin is based at our Bromley office.

Kevin concentrates his efforts on general agency business, and is undoubtedly a natural deal-maker. His ability to quickly ascertain and concentrate on each individual client's specific requirements plays an important part in his success.

Kevin is an ardent Spurs fan, but prefers to watch his team in the comfort of his local. An adventurous traveller, Kevin has ventured as far afield as France, Spain and Cyprus recently!

Tom Castro

Having completed a Degree course in Real Estate at Reading University, Tom joined the Commercial & Development Division in June 2011 and is based at our Bromley office.

During his studies Tom found the time to build up an impressive work experience roster, and as a result possesses good general property knowledge. Tom has an obvious eye for a margin, likes a challenge and shares our ‘work hard – play hard’ ethos.

Being a local lad, Tom follows Millwall. He also enjoys a round of golf and regular foreign holidays.

Warren Guest

Warren joined us in July 2011 to concentrate on the development agency side of the business.

Warren has worked both as a residential estate agent and property developer in South London for over 15 years, and therefore possesses a thorough knowledge both of the industry, and local geography.

Warren enjoys following Crystal Palace FC and is also a regular golfer.

Chris Henshall

Chris joined us in September 2011, and is based at our London Bridge offices.

Having graduated from Exeter University, Chris gained agency experience at Savills and Colliers working in a number of niche teams. With a family background in investment and wealth management, and good all round property knowledge, Chris is already proving a versatile operator in our commercial agency practice.

Born in Shrewsbury and raised in the Midlands, Chris has relocated to the 'big smoke' to make a name for himself. Outside work Chris enjoys going to the gym, claims to be a cracking chess player and is surely the only Leeds United fan in London?

Robert Sargent

In addition to his wider role as group Chief Executive Officer, Rob is based in our offices at Bromley South, and takes an active involvement in managing client relationships and pursuing major property deals on behalf of the team.

With over 25 years experience under his belt, Rob's opinion and guidance is invaluable, and his knowledge of South London second to none.

Despite claiming that he despises football and only rugby can be considered a 'man's game', Rob holds a season ticket at Charlton Athletic! Rob is a keen golfer, although business and family don't allow him to play anywhere near as much as he would like.

Hollie Martin

Office Manager

Hollie joined the team having had similar PR / Office Management roles at ITV and Burberry. As Office Manager, Hollie deals with all the important administrative and organisational work that the business and our offices necessitates as well as assisting Jeff, Tom and Kevin with their varried instructions, transactions and projects.

Her bubbly character means that visiting clients are always met with a smile.

Hollie enjoys shopping, the odd glass of wine and being taken out for dinner!

Chloe Rees

Secretary

Chloe is a trained administrator from a customer services background, and joined the team in July 2011 to assist Hollie Martin, our Office Manager.

Chloe is responsible for assisting with the administrative work generated by both our Commercial & Development and New Homes Divisions, and as such acts as an important link between the teams.

Out of the office Chloe enjoys keeping fit, shopping and socialising.
