This redundant scrap yard was acquired on an unconditional basis for a private investment company from the retiring owner-occupier. Our Planning Management team engaged a team of consultants to conceive a masterplan for a mixed-use redevelopment. The proposal was taken to pre-app stage before our Development agency team introduced a buyer. Who needs a planning consent?!
