Acorn were engaged to fulfil an all-encompassing management role in the promotion of this prominent site on Lewisham High Street. Working closely with Yurky Cross Architects and planners bptw, full planning permission was secured at local level for 22 apartments above ground floor commercial space. We subsequently negotiated the S106 legal agreement, and with the assistance of viability consultants, Savills, successfully agreed a commuted sum in lieu of an affordable housing provision.
