Our clients, a thriving property development company, outgrew the premises and secured a move to a larger base in the local area. Extending to approximately 4,900 sq.ft, the accommodation is presented to a very high standard throughout. Our direct marketing strategy involved approaching every architectural, design and IT based business resident in the area, on the assumption at least one would have a requirement to relocate. The strategy proved successful and the freehold has now been sold to a local architectural practice.
