Acting on behalf of retained clients DPS Property Holdings, for whom we purchased a similar site in the vicinity a year earlier, a contract was secured in highly competitive circumstances. Despite our clients not being the top bidders, out close management of the situation and DPS’s ability to perform within a strict timescale led to the successful completion.
