We recently received instructions from a private client to manage the disposal of a Grade II Listed building in a convenient location in the centre of Rochester. Previously used as offices, the property had the benefit of planning permission for conversion into apartments. Further development potential appears likely in the disused car park to the rear. Several offers were received, but our vendor chose to accept that made by Lakedale Homes, who specialise in the conversation of period buildings.  Lakedale intend to retain the building as an investment.
