We were recently asked to advise clients Rock Investments in respect of the development potential of 103 Overhill Road, which was being offered for sale through a London auction house. The property, which has been derelict for some time, appears to offer potential for a flatted development. Having consulted an experienced local architect regarding the planning potential, Rock acquired the site unconditionally. We subsequently arranged the sale of the property to developers Nouveau V Ltd who have recently submitted a planning application for a scheme of one and two bedroom flats.
