Gillingham ME8

In our experience, abortive land sales are a rarity, however, the owner of a site in Gads Hill, Gillingham, which we sold recently may take a different view. Following two abortive transactions and months of unsuccessful negotiations, the vendor eventually allowed us a limited period in which to introduce a buyer. We were aware Future Homes had past experience in the Gillingham area, and a requirement for a consented site. Unlike the vendor’s previous deals, ours was agreed quickly and contracts exchanged expeditiously. Once completion has taken place, Future Homes will start the construction of 13 apartments on a site that is currently occupied by just a single house and 2 flats.
