Unfortunately, traditional public houses are finding it increasingly difficult to run successful profitable businesses nowadays, and many are having to ‘call time’ once and for all. When major pub operators Enterprise Inns Limited decided to close the doors the Three Kings Public House on the edge of Mitcham Common for the final time, they were aware that the development value of the site far outweighed that of a trading pub.

We acted for Turnhold Properties successfully negotiated a deal on an unconditional basis whereby contracts were swiftly exchanged. A planning application will shortly be submitted for the comprehensive redevelopment of the site.
