Mount Anvil had acquired a major portfolio of pubs across London, and subsequently secured planning permission for the residential re-development of each site either by way of conversation, or re-development. We were instructed to sell the portfolio. The Angle Public House sold with planning permission for a new build block of flats to Lebuc Holdings is an example of one of the pubs sold in the portfolio. Others sold recently include The Dartmouth Hotel in Catford and The Cokneys in New Cross.
Our New Homes Division will be selling the finished units at The Angle once the development is built.
