Brockley SE4

The Greene King Pub Company are one of the latest corporate firms to be added to our client list. Working closely with CHBC Architects, we devised a scheme for the re-development of several redundant garages to the rear of the landmark Brockley Jack Public House, that was granted planning permission by the London Borough of Lewisham.  Clearly not inclined to develop the site themselves, Greene King instructed us to market the site. Following a national advertising campaign, a deal was struck with Kent based builders, Glade Developments.  In partnership with Tower Homes, Glade have already started the construction of three 2 bedroom and one 3 bedroom house, all to be made available for shared ownership later in the year.
