The building had served as the headquarters for their manufacturing and distribution business, and comprises office, production and warehouse accommodation across more than 43,000 sq.ft.

Our unique, direct marketing strategy generated offers both for sale and letting in a short timeframe. Our clients ideally sought a sale of the 1.5 acre site, and a deal was agreed with a packaging firm. Contracts were exchanged expeditiously, and the handover of the building concluded quickly.
